Hi, I’m Dr. Heather Pranzarone Stratton at HPS Advance Dental Care. We’re located at 24 Mile Road, in Shelby Township, Michigan. If you’re looking for a gentle dental experience, this is the place to come. We pride ourselves on giving the patient the best customer experience, or patient experience, that we can offer. From the moment you walk in the door somebody’s greeting you and smiling and shaking your hand that continues when you come back into the office, into the room to see me and my assistant. You get a chance to meet all of the staff and we’re all friendly and happy people. We really do pride ourselves on getting to know our patients and treating them like they’re one of our family. There’s nothing that makes me happier when I come into the office in the morning than seeing my patients in the schedule for the day and knowing a lot of personal information and things that are going on in their lives. Because our clients trust us, we’re actually one of the first people that are called when babies are born with our patients. When they have babies or sadly enough, when somebody passes. We actually, that day or lots of times we are the first people that are called because the patients feel like we’re part of their family.
So we like to share a lot of good news with our patients, and they like to share it with us, which is awesome. A lot of people, when they leave the office, actually say that this was the most fun I’ve ever had at the dentist. I’ve never laughed so much when I went to the dentist. When I was a child, going to the dentist was really a highlight in my life. I was a pretty shy kid and going to the dentist, they always made me smile and made me feel welcome and even better made me feel a part of the family. And that’s kind of why I went into dentistry. Because I wanted to make my patients feel the same way that I felt when I went to the dentist. So, we actually now have a lot of patients of ours that are going into dental school, following the same path that I followed, which is fantastic because they want to help people just like we’ve been helping them over the years. So, if you’re looking for somebody that’s really going to care about you as a person, becoming a patient at our dental office is your best choice. We really want to change everybody’s lives in a positive way that comes in contact with us. We want them to feel happier. We want them to be healthier. We want them to just overall have the best experience possible coming to the dentist, which I know a lot of people don’t want to come here anyways. Given that, if we can brighten everyone’s lives a little bit and make them smile when their leaving that is awesome. Whether that smile is because we gave them a smile makeover or because their teeth are just cleaner, maybe because their whiter, or because they have veneers or bonding, then we’ve done our jobs here! It may also be because I’ve told one of my really awful jokes to them that day and that made them smile too.
